Administrative Support:
- Manage emails, calendars, and appointments for clients or executives.
- Handle document preparation, data entry, and file organization.
- Draft and send correspondence, memos, and reports.
Customer Support:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
- Assist with order processing, invoicing, and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain client databases and update contact information.
Work Environment:
- Fully remote position with flexible hours, depending on the needs.
- May require availability across different time zones for global clients.
- Tools used: Email management software, video conferencing apps, CRM systems, and online collaboration tools.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Experience in administrative roles, customer service, or virtual assistance is a plus.
