Description

Position: Account Manager – China Region

Company Introduction

Our core technology, Smart-Bid, leverages patented deep learning technology to identify real potential buyers and applies multidimensional algorithms to help brands achieve better conversions.
  • We have 8 global locations: Italy, UK, Canada, India, China, Philippines, UAE, Oman. 
  • We are currently looking for an experienced, self-motivated, responsible, and patient Account Manager to join our China team! In this role, you will manage client relationships, understand their advertising needs, set up initial campaigns, and work closely with our optimization and technical teams to ensure high client satisfaction and advertising performance.

Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for client liaison, early ad creation, and campaign management.
  2. Understand client needs and goals through client’s website, market, and product analysis.
  3. Obtain detailed ad campaign information, including creatives/products, pixels, and test orders, and maintain liaison with clients to ensure we are always aware of their needs/feedback, latest promotions, feed update schedules, and other campaign details.
  4. Proficient in backend operations, setting platform access permissions and basic ad placement settings, and maintaining daily ad analysis and data monitoring to ensure campaign profitability and Roas optimization.
  5. Monitor client needs in real time, address client inquiries promptly, and continuously monitor ad performance to ensure client satisfaction.
  6. Ensure ad spending is spent within the agreed timeframe, while continuously improving monthly ad spending.
  7. Responsible for coordinating monthly data reports, issuing invoices, and ensuring payment collection.
  8. Assist with other team tasks as needed and be able to travel and visit clients with the Sales Manager.


Remote work, hired through the freelance platform Upwork or under a contractor agreement.

Requirements

  1. Associate's or Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in E-commerce, Advertising, Marketing, Data Analysis, Mathematics, or Statistics.
  2. 1–2 years of experience in account management or related roles. Candidates with a background in Google Ads and familiarity with GA (Google Analytics) are preferred.
  3. Fluent in both English and Chinese, capable of managing communication with domestic and international clients.
  4. Deep understanding of online marketing like Google, Meta, Tiktok, etc.
  5. Self-driven, strong sense of ownership, excellent organizational and coordination skills, team spirit, proactive attitude, patience, and a strong client service mindset.
  6. Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills.
