Prepare and maintain financial records and reports.
Ensure accuracy of financial data and compliance with regulations.
Analyze financial information and identify trends.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
Reconcile accounts and manage payroll activities.
Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews.
Provide support during financial audits and tax preparations.

Requirements

Job title: Property Accountant
Educational Qualifications: Graduate of 4-yr degree in accounting course: BS in Accountancy, BS in Management Accounting , BSBA major in Financial Management,
Experience Level: at least 2-4 years' experience in accounting of Homeowners Association's financial operations
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Financial Statements, General Ledger, and Statement Preparation. Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
Accounting Software: Familiarity with SAP and QuickBooks.
Working Conditions: 8:30Am- 5:30PM, Mon-Sat., half day on Sat.
Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of working under pressure.
