• Graduate of BS Accountancy, Finance, or related field
• At least 2–3 years of experience in accounting or finance management
• Strong knowledge of financial rules, tax laws, and accounting standards
• Skilled in QuickBooks, SAP, Microsoft Excel, and other financial software
• Experience in healthcare accounting or billing is an advantage
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work with management and external partners
• Shows integrity, initiative, and professionalism

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and guide the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning in collaboration with other departments
• Manage core financial tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, cash flow, and banking relationships
• Ensure compliance with regulations through audits, internal controls, and improved financial systems
• Provide financial advice to leadership and stay updated on accounting standards, tax laws, and industry rules.
