About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all accounting and financial reporting functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
• Ensure timely filing of tax returns and compliance with BIR regulations and other government requirements.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements to strengthen financial controls.
• Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation.
• Support management in strategic financial decision-making through accurate reports and analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field.
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in good standing.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a corporate or audit setting.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), taxation, and compliance.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and MS Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
