Job Title: Accountant (Bookkeeping)

Location: Elite Tee Box – BGC, Taguig City

Elite Tee Box, a premier indoor golf and leisure venue, is looking for a detail-oriented and trustworthy Accountant (Bookkeeping) to handle the company’s day-to-day financial records and accounting transactions. The role involves maintaining accurate books of accounts, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Responsibilities:

• Record daily financial transactions, including sales, expenses, and payments
• Maintain and update the general ledger, journals, and other accounting records
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements and financial reports
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable
• Assist in payroll processing and government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of all accounting records
• Support the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Coordinate with management for budgeting, audits, and other financial requirements
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• With at least 1–2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
• Trustworthy and capable of handling confidential information
• CPA license is an advantage but not required
