Description
- Monitoring merchandise inventory costing by coordinating with Purchasing and Logistics.
- Fixed assets monitoring through tagging, assigning of assets, and creation of depreciation schedule.
- Submission of monthly Merchandise Inventory and Fixed Assets accounts reports.
- Preparation of Semi-Monthly Payrolls, including employees’ contributions before payday.
- Preparation of monthly statutory contributions filings and payments, computation of 13th month pays.
- Other tasks related to OTMSR Compensation & Benefits requirements.
- Monitoring and creation of reimbursements, liquidations schedules, and cash advances.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Must be trustworthy
- Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office
- Great communication skills
