Description
- Assist in financial statement preparation and analysis.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Support accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash.
- Help prepare tax returns and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with senior accountants on various projects.
- Contribute to monthly closing processes and audits.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Accounts Payable, Financial Management, and QuickBooks; capable of performing audits, reconciliations, and billing tasks.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare financial statements, manage purchasing processes, and assist with audits.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may require additional hours during busy periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical, and possess strong organizational skills.
