Description
- Oversee daily accounting operations and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
- Collaborate with auditors during the annual audit process.
- Implement and improve accounting systems and processes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Financial Management, SAP, Financial Analysis, Financial Reporting, and General Accounting.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; potential for overtime during tax season.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical thinker, strong communicator, and team player.
