Description
- Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering professional development.
- Collaborate with external auditors and prepare for audits.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
- Experience Level: Minimum 5 years in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and excellent communication abilities.
- Working Conditions: Office environment; may require extended hours during peak periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, leadership skills, problem-solving mindset, and integrity.
