Description
- Manage all accounting operations, including A/P, A/R, and GL.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team.
- Implement financial controls and improve processes.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience Level: Over 10 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Financial Management, Analysis, General Ledger, Accounts Receivable and Payable, Tax Reporting.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; occasional overtime may be required.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, leadership capability, and excellent communication skills.
