Description

Thoroughly checks and reviews the Request for Payment received.
Oversees accounts payable transactions and ensures timely resolution of concerns.
Accurately and timely checks the vouchers of Purchase records.
Thoroughly checks the un-liquidated cash advances and cash advances liquidations.
Timely reconciles all advances account every month.
Timely prepares the Monthly advances schedules.
Accurately interprets the established Policy and Procedures.
Helps develops new policy for the improvement of the Department.
Regularly checks filing of accounting documents.
Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate superior of Chairman.

Requirements

Graduate of BS/BA in business administration, Financial Management or relevant field.
5 years managerial experience in related field.
Experiences in a power industry is an advantage.
Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex financial issues.
Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis tools, as well as spreadsheets and financial management software.
Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in financial data analysis and reporting.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a finance team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of financial risk management strategies and the ability to implement effective controls.
Strong ethical standards and the ability to maintain confidentiality in handling financial information.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
