Description
- Maintain and update accounting records and files
- Process and record accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and vouchers
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Handle payroll and government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Finance Officer or Management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or any related field
- With at least [X] years of relevant experience (fresh graduates may be considered)
- Knowledgeable in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
- Familiar with BIR reports, tax filing, and government contributions
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
