Accounting Specialist

Job Description
- Perform day-to-day accounting tasks including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and maintain financial records and reports.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in financial management, general ledger, billing, and bookkeeping. Strong compliance and process improvement abilities.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard work hours; may involve occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical thinker, strong communicator, and team player.
