Description

  • Create and maintain the accounting records for the company using the QuickBooks Online applications.
  • Reconcile all accounts as needed. Assist the accounting department head in running and customizing reports that provide business analysis and results.

Requirements

  • Education. Bachelor’s degree in business finance, accounting or accounting tech., or equivalent but fresh graduate is also welcome to apply.
  • Work Experience. Minimum of one-year of experience in finance and accounting management
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities. Have knowledge of Finance systems; excellent organizational and administrative skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; highly fitted in a fast and dynamic business environment; “can do, will do” attitude; trustworthy and results-oriented
  • Computer literate and with knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & etc.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., ZAP, QuickBooks, XERO or any other accounting system).
  • Must have work experience in bookkeeping and/or with data entry.
  • Be highly patient, with a strong work ethic and a high level of attention to detail.
