- Manage financial records and ensure accuracy in reports.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Reconcile accounts and handle discrepancies.
- Assist with audits and tax preparations.
- Maintain compliance with accounting regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning.
- Continuously improve financial processes and systems.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of hands-on accounting experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in General Accounting, Financial Statements, Accounting Systems, Accounting Methods, Financial Planning and Forecasting, Journal Entries, and Accounts Payable/Receivable.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage accounts, prepare financial statements, and ensure accurate journal entries.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; potential for overtime during peak periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities.
