Accounting Specialist/Officer

Job Description
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with monthly reconciliations.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports timely and accurately.
- Prepare financial statements and reports as required.
- Assist with audits and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in accounting software, analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong mathematical abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage accounts payable/receivable, assist with financial reporting, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Working Conditions: Typically office-based, standard hours with potential for overtime during peak periods.
