Accounting Associate

Location: Quezon City

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Input financial data (purchase invoices, receipts, sales records) into Excel or accounting software for bookkeeping and monthly closing.
• Manage BIR filings and tax compliance
• Prepare disbursement documents such as payment vouchers and petty cash forms.
• Organized and able to take ownership of delegated functions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance or any related field.
• Open to fresh graduates with strong interest in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with BIR Regulations and Tax Filing.
