Description
- Manage daily accounting tasks and maintain financial records.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and reconcile accounts.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights.
- Support audits by preparing necessary documentation.
- Process invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Accounts Payable, Purchasing, QuickBooks, Financial Accounting, Sales Invoicing, Account Reconciliation, and MS Excel.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with standard hours; may involve overtime during peak periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, strong analytical skills, and effective communicator.
