Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and review the work of accounting staff, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements in compliance with U.S. GAAP
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Review and approve account reconciliations and variance analyses
• Maintain internal controls and ensure adherence to corporate accounting policies
• Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits and support tax filing processes
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members’ performance
• Assist with special projects as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
• 5+ years of accounting experience with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting
• Proficiency with accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks)
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial software tools
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
