  • Assist in reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies.
  • Prepare and process payment batches, ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
  • Support the month-end closing process and assist in financial audits.
  • Maintain and update vendor records and financial documentation.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in accounts payable or related finance roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in accounts payable processes and SAP software.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based environment with regular team interactions.
