Description

Customer Service:

  • Answering customer inquiries, providing product information, handling complaints, and delivering appropriate solutions. 


Order Processing:

  • Confirming orders, checking inventory, preparing items for shipment, and ensuring timely delivery to customers. 


Inventory Management:

  • Monitoring stock levels, updating product information on the online store platform, and ensuring product availability. 


Social Media Management:

  • Creating and uploading content, running promotional campaigns, and interacting with followers on social media. 


Sales Reporting:

  • Generating daily, weekly, or monthly sales reports to monitor the performance of the online store.

Requirements

1. Education

  • Minimum high school/vocational school graduate (preferably in Office Administration), but D3/Bachelor's degree in Administration, Management, Accounting, or related fields is preferred.

2. Work Experience

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (depending on the position).
  • Work experience in administration (1-2 years) is a plus.

3. Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Able to manage documents, create reports, and perform basic bookkeeping.
  • Familiar with administrative systems and document filing (physical & digital).
  • Able to use office equipment (printer, scanner, photocopier, etc.).

4. Communication & Organizational Skills

  • Communicative and able to work in a team.
  • Meticulous, neat, and organized.
  • Punctual and able to work with targets/deadlines.

5. Other Skills

  • Possess high integrity and honesty.
  • Multitasking and able to quickly adapt to new tasks.
  • If necessary, willing to work overtime or under pressure.
