• Respond to negative comments or reviews politely and with solutions.
• Document and report significant or recurring reviews to the operations team.
• Coordinate with the customer service team or other store admins regarding any issues related to orders.
• Maintain the reputation of the Shopee store with a responsive and professional approach towards buyers.
• Input data and daily/weekly reports related to store rating and review developments.
• Complete all assigned tasks.

• Minimum education of high school/vocational school, preferably diploma/bachelor's degree.
• Experience in online shop administration, e-commerce, or customer service is an advantage.
• Communicative, patient, and able to handle customer complaints empathetically.
• Must have a stable internet connection and adequate working devices (laptop/smartphone).
• Willing to work according to the agreed targets and hours.
• Able to work independently and quickly adapt to online work systems.
