Administrative Manager/Supervisor

Job Description
- Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure efficiency.
- Manage and train administrative staff, promoting a collaborative environment.
- Coordinate office activities and support budgeting and financial management.
- Implement and improve administrative systems and processes.
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external communications.

- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.

- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office, Help Desk operations, and scheduling. Strong time management, analytical, organizational, and written communication skills required.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with standard working hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
