Join our incredibly supportive team, where you’ll receive coaching and comprehensive training to excel in your role! Although we offer structured, self-paced training with a detailed plan and tracker, we're looking for candidates who bring relevant experience to the table.

 

The primary tasks for this job position will be:

  • Personal Admin Management
  • Calendar and schedule setup + ongoing management
  • Email organization and distraction filtering
  • Travel booking and itinerary management between Ireland and Dubai
  • Personal file organization (self-development, coaching, family resources, etc.)
  • Weekly routines and time-blocking aligned with life goals
  • Voice-note based delegation system for capturing ideas
  • Meeting preparation (slides, notes, logistics)


  • Business Admin Management
  • Business Admin Management
  • Project management and follow-through
  • Research support (topics for content/webinars/workshops)
  • LinkedIn brand building (content planning, repurposing, and publishing)
  • Presentation slide creation and light video editing (support, not expert level)
  • Documenting systems and building out Business Operating System (BOS)
  • Lead generation and client outreach setup (HR contacts for wellness delivery)
  • Website asset coordination (light content, not dev-heavy)


  • Clinical Support & Management
  • Payroll support (based on clinic manager's weekly summary)
  • Light bookkeeping (basic Excel reconciliation, potentially moving to a better system)
  • SOP development and documentation for potential future scale/franchise/coaching offering
  • Optional support with team processes or onboarding in the future

Technical Requirements:

  • High School diploma required / Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • At least 24 months of: Administrative Executive Assistant experience with:
