Description
- Manage schedules, prepare reports, and coordinate meetings.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Manage scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.
- Assist in project coordination and data management.
- Maintain organized filing systems and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Foster a positive office culture and assist with onboarding new staff.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Associate's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Experience Level: 2-3 years of administrative experience required.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player.
