Job Description
- Welcome and greet unit owners, guests, and visitors,
- Manage and supervise other service companies to ensure they comply with and deliver their commitments
- Responsible for the implementation of the project's general and specific rules and regulations.
- Responsible for maintaining the project records and documents.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Office Administration, or any related course
- 1- 2 years of relevant experience in administrative or clerical work
- Basic knowledge of accounting and billing
- Strong organizational and admin skills.
