  • Welcome and greet unit owners, guests, and visitors,
  • Manage and supervise other service companies to ensure they comply with and deliver their commitments
  • Responsible for the implementation of the project's general and specific rules and regulations.
  • Responsible for maintaining the project records and documents.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Office Administration, or any related course
  • 1- 2 years of relevant experience in administrative or clerical work
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and billing
  • Strong organizational and admin skills.
