Description
- Manage and organize daily administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases for internal tracking and compliance.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Handle office supply inventory, procurement, and vendor communication.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining regular communication with suppliers and clients.
- Prepare and process delivery receipts and invoices for both suppliers and customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordinate closely with the Pastry Chef regarding daily and advance pastry orders.
- Monitor pantry and stock inventory to ensure adequate supply levels across branches.
- Prepare purchase orders and process stock/item requests from restaurant and café locations.
- Regularly update and review supplier pricing and product availability.
- Communicate with existing clients and customers to follow up on orders, address inquiries, and promote new pastry offerings.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of a 4-year college course.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) is an advantage.
- Prior experience in administrative or sales support roles is a plus.
