Training and Marketing Professionals Inc. is in need of ADMIN ASSISTANT (Finance Department)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist field employees of the project in their everyday needs
- Check and monitor Weekly Expenses reports, Cash advances, liquidations, and Finance reports
- Record all transactions in the accounting system
- Bachelor’s Degree in any course
- Administrative Assistant: at least 6 months (Preferred but not required) FRESH GRADUATE are welcome to apply.
- Organized, keen to details
- Must have good communication both verbal and in writing
- With knowledge in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel)
- With knowledge in basic accounting
- Knowledge in Microsoft GP is preferred but not required
- Possess a positive attitude
