Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Administer compensation and benefits processes.
  • Handle employee relations and engagement activities.
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding procedures.
  • Provide general HR support to ensure smooth daily operations.


Requirements:

  • Graduate of HR, Psychology, Business or related field.
  • 1-2 years experience as HR Generalist.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Willing to work on a project-based contract for 3 months in Ortigas.
