- Familiar with MS Excel / MS Word / Outlook
- Scheduling meetings and other Outlook functions
- Creation and maintenance of contact lists, tracking sheets, tables, checklists, spreadsheets
- Formatting Excel, Word, and .pdf documents for proper printing and presentation
- Printing, scanning, copying, binding, and preparing and distribution packages of information, both printed and electronic
- Creation, organization, and maintenance of files, binders and other printed materials
- Processing of forms, invoices
- Running of reports from databases, including preparing and titling as per dept.
- Collection, review, and processing of mail
- Preparation and distribution of confidentiality agreements (interfacing with Legal)
- Must have exp. as admin or department assistant
- Can communicate with different levels
- Skills in excel reports and ppt presentations
