- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
- Assist in preparation of documents and reports.
- Handle filing and organizational tasks.
- Coordinate office supplies and inventory management.
- Support team members with various tasks as needed.
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or any related four-year course (vocational graduates and fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- With background in general administrative work such as answering calls, scheduling, encoding, filing, scanning, photocopying, and other clerical duties
- Able to assist in basic procurement work — canvassing market prices, communicating with suppliers, and processing purchase transactions
- Trustworthy and dependable in handling petty cash and office financial transactions
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Flexible and can work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced small office environment
- Willing to multitask and collaborate with team members to accomplish other office-related tasks as needed
