We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who will provide essential administrative support to keep our fitness and wellness operations running smoothly. Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and virtual meetings.
  • Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update digital records, documents, and databases.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and wellness program materials.
  • Coordinate with clients, team members, and partners to ensure smooth communication.
  • Support marketing and community engagement activities when needed.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
