Provide general administrative support including scheduling, document/report preparation, and maintaining organized files and records.
Monitor and maintain office facilities, ensuring cleanliness, functionality, timely repairs, and supervising utility personnel for daily upkeep.
Maintain updated inventory and records of company assets, properties, and office supplies.
Coordinate with departments to address administrative needs such as office supplies, reimbursements, and Requests for Cash (RFCs).
Assist the Accounts Payable team by processing reimbursements, RFCs, and other related tasks as required.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Communication Arts, Administration, Management, Finance, Accountancy, Secretarial, or related fields; at least 1 year of experience in technical support, administrative, or secretarial work (FENG workspace experience is a plus).
Proficiency in MS Office and Open Office; internet savvy; technical support background is an advantage; strong communication, organizational, and time management skills; detail-oriented and analytical.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; proactive, reliable, and able to demonstrate urgency when required.
Open to fresh graduates with strong academic performance and active involvement in student organizations
