- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.

- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- College level or SHS Graduate
- With at least 6 months experience in the same field or in telecommunication industry
- Can handle stress and pressure
- Can handle customer complain
- With basic knowledge in customer service
- Trustworthy
- Not BPO
