• Architect and launch paid traffic campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google/YouTube, and programmatic platforms.
• Integrate ads → landing pages → GoHighLevel (GHL) → follow-up automations for smooth lead flow.
• Develop winning creative strategies, hooks, and campaign structures that scale.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns daily, ensuring profitable growth.
• Report results clearly, consistently, and proactively communicate with the team.
• Develop creative concepts, testing frameworks, and retargeting ecosystems.
• Integrate ads with landing pages, GHL pipelines, and follow-up automations.
• Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to drive results.
• Provide clear and consistent reports, own the timeline, and solve issues before they escalate.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
• Proven ability to architect campaigns, funnels, and paid ecosystems.
• Strong knowledge of conversion events, tracking, and pixel setup.
• Proficient with GoHighLevel: forms, pipelines, automations, triggers.
• A self-starter with high ownership, excellent communication, and the ability to work without micromanagement.
• Experience with programmatic ads (e.g., StackAdapt, Taboola).
• Familiarity with CRO and landing page optimization.
• Previous experience with home services, coaches, or B2B service brands.
