Process the after-sales service submitted by customers on the platform (cancel orders, modify address/product information, reply to logistics exceptions)
Import offline orders into the ERP system
Obtain the tracking number (process error messages related to the channel)

Bachelor's degree or above, no major restrictions, no work experience restrictions; English classes are given priority as a working language;
Don't complain when encountering problems, communicate in a timely manner to solve them;
Have a sense of teamwork and actively assist others;
Hardworking and able to withstand pressure, with a strong sense of responsibility;
Ability to use basic office software, proficient in using WORD, EXCEL, PPT;
