Are you a highly detailed, proactive, and experienced Level 2 Application Support Engineer? If so, we want to hear from you.

We are seeking a confident professional to take on challenging support activities, particularly in HRIS and .NET applications. You will be a key escalation point, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues, maintain system integrity, and drive continuous improvement.

• Provide advanced support for HRIS and .NET applications, ensuring availability and high performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve critical issues
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely resolution of issues, patch management, and other activities to keep the integrity of the product and service provided

• Proven experience in application support. Background in HRIS and .NET technologies are a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with SQL, APIs, SaaS
• Familiar with C#, .NET, React JS
• Good client-facing experience
