What you will do:

• Design and implement LLM-based agent architectures, including task planning, dialogue management, intent recognition, and workflow engineering;
• Lead the integration of AI capabilities into existing system core functionalities;
• Develop and maintain backend services for intelligent agents to ensure system stability and scalability;
• Drive continuous optimization of AI agent architecture and performance.

Your skills and experience:

• Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Communications, Electronics, Software Engineering, or a related field;
• Strong hands-on skills with proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Go, or multiple programming languages, and solid software framework and application design capabilities;
• In-depth knowledge of AI agent technology stacks, mastery of LLM development frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex, familiarity with workflow frameworks like Dify and LangFlow, and extensive experience in agent development and prompt engineering;
• Experience with NLP, ML, and model fine-tuning preferred; LLMOps application and development experience is a plus.
