Our Customers:

Ecosystems are built on platforms that support multi-participant markets and multi-point

transactions. Therefore, from an ecosystem development perspective, our customers are the

participants in these ecosystems. This can be made clearer by way of example. For the financial services platform, the resulting ecosystem has the following participants:

● Financial institutions such as rural bank and non-bank financial institutions (coops, lenders etc.)

● Customers of these financial institutions

● Financial service providers that leverage the platform such as lenders and insurers

● Technology providers that build solutions on top of the platform

Level 2 / Level 3 Application Support and Level 2 Platform Support Application Support

● Level2

○ Application support (basic troubleshooting, data base extraction, report generation, minor app configuration, assist in release and deployment management)

○ Managing application related incidents, changes, enhancements, and maintenance requests throughout their entire lifecycle

● Level3

○ Handles break/fix, configuration issues and troubleshooting.

○ Identify and Prioritize Application Outages

○ Ensures that the application is available to the business users during the required hours of operation.

○ Covers the extended functionalities of the system outside of its

○ Business-As-Usual use, customizations, developments, and recommendation of patches, as necessary.

Platform Support

● Level2–Platform escalation assistance to Appian and OutSystems (Health Check

Monitoring e.g., CPU, Memory)

● Level2–Platform upgrade assistance to Appian and OutSystems
