Description
- The Refrigeration Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration systems used in food processing and cold storage.
- This role ensures all equipment operates efficiently and complies with food safety and quality standards by maintaining proper temperature controls throughout the facility.
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and inspections on equipment.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma is required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in a technician role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical skills.
- Working Conditions: May involve working in various environments, including outdoors and possibly in challenging weather conditions.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, commitment to safety, and effective communication skills.
