Description
- Manage financial records.
- Conduct project cost analysis and evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers to optimize resource allocation.
- Assist in auditing processes and financial reviews.
- Support billing and invoicing procedures.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of accounting experience, preferably in the architectural or engineering sector.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Audit, Billing, QuickBooks, and Financial Reporting.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard hours; may require overtime during peak reporting times.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical, strong communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively.
