• Supervise and support a team of managers, supervisors, and staff across multiple locations or departments.

• Provide coaching, guidance, and training to ensure that employees understand their roles, responsibilities, and company expectations.

• Conduct performance evaluations, address performance issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages team collaboration, high morale, and employee retention.

• Ensure consistent adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards across all locations.

• Monitor daily operations to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.

• Conduct regular site visits to assess the effectiveness of operations and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

• Analyze operational data (sales, inventory, customer feedback) to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for cost reduction.

• Ensure that all locations maintain high levels of customer service and product quality.

• Address customer complaints or issues that managers or staff are unable to resolve, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.

• Perform regular audits to ensure products and services meet company standards.

• Monitor budgets for each location under supervision, ensuring that costs are kept within guidelines and financial goals are met.

• Ensure effective inventory control and manage supply ordering to avoid both shortages and overstocking.

• Work with store managers to implement sales strategies and achieve financial targets, such as increasing revenue, reducing waste, or boosting profitability.

• Report regularly to upper management on the performance of each location, highlighting successes, challenges, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Collaborate with other supervisors or department heads to ensure consistent practices and goals across different teams.

• Implement changes and improvements based on feedback from management or team members.
