Description
- Lead and manage the sales team within the assigned area to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to enhance team performance.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports to management.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of sales experience
