I. Asset Managers
Responsibilities:
Deliver Asset Management services for multiple Cisco customers.
Act as the single point of contact for customers, partners, and internal Cisco stakeholders.
Manage, track, report, and resolve issues related to customers' Cisco IB data.
Support customers in managing the lifecycle of HW and SW assets to mitigate risks, optimize TCO, and improve customer experience.
Key Job Duties:
Accountable to ensure that customer’s IB is in the right contract, right location and under right coverage
Ensure customer Install Based is correctly aligned with contracts, locations, and service coverage levels.
Lead the implementation of Asset Management services.
Onboard new customers and reconcile IB data from various sources.
Identify discrepancies and manage MACD activities.
Provide ongoing IB maintenance support and collaborate cross-functionally.
Required Skills:
Interpret large raw data sets; conduct data analysis and audits – high level of excel mastery is required
Develop and lead execution of action plan to update Client databases with improved IB data – ability to work with Client tools and databases
Lead client calls, participate in quarterly business reviews, and conduct (potential) on-site visits – excellent communication skills. bold, assertive and possess a sense of ownership of the accounts/customers
Produce reports for Customers, Account Teams, and other stakeholders – ability to generate reports using excel, power BI (desired) and other dashboards
Ability to work independently and in a cross functional team environment
Expert-level proficiency in Korean and Japanese (written and verbal).
Strong understanding of Cisco's business model, product portfolio, and GTM strategies.
Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivots, formulas) and experience with data analysis.
Proficiency in reporting tools like Tableau and Power BI.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven approach.
Educational Qualifications:
A diploma in finance, economics, or a related field is required.
Experience Level:
1-3 years of experience in asset management or a similar role.
Skills and Competencies:
Proficiency in financial models, quantitative analysis, and valuation analysis; bilingual in Korean and Japanese is essential.
