【Job Responsibilities】

1. Develop test plans, test strategies, and test cases based on product requirement documents and design specifications;

2. Execute functional testing, interface testing, and system testing of the product, identify defects and record them promptly, assist developers in diagnosing the root causes of issues, and verify the effectiveness of defect fixes until the issues are resolved and closed;

3. Responsible for the development, maintenance, and optimization of test scripts to enhance testing execution efficiency, design and implement automation testing solutions, and build testing frameworks;

4. Design and implement performance testing plans (such as load testing and stress testing), identify performance bottlenecks, submit performance reports, and assist the development team in optimizing system performance;

5. Explore and introduce new testing tools and methods for continuous improvement of testing processes; develop and maintain testing tools to enhance team efficiency;

6. Participate in quality assurance throughout the product lifecycle, assess risks from a testing perspective, propose quality improvement plans, and assist in promoting the implementation of quality improvement initiatives, closely collaborating with development, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth project advancement and compliance with product quality requirements;
