Assist technicians by looking up parts needed for vehicle repair.
Answering phone calls and assisting walk-ups and wholesale customers with their part needs.
Tracking all incoming or outgoing parts for a dealership.
Locating available parts when the dealership is out of stock.
Handling part payment collection and making sure all parts are billed properly through the service department and collision repair shop.
Packaging and shipping parts back to the manufacturer from time to time and completing the apt record keeping.
Refer to parts manual to identify exactly the right part for the make model and year of vehicles being serviced.
Tracking incoming and outgoing parts for a dealership.
Locate available parts when the dealership is out of stock.
Handling part payment collection and making sure they are billed correctly.
To perform such duties as may be assigned to you by the Company or its officers from time to time.

Familiarity with automotive brands and vehicle parts is required.
With NC-II Certification
Ability to identify and source the correct parts for both customers and technicians
