Position Overview:

• The Cold Caller is responsible for reaching out to potential customers by phone to introduce a product or service, qualify leads, and schedule appointments or close sales.
• This role requires resilience, persuasive communication, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospects from a provided list or CRM system.
• Introduce products or services, identify customer needs, and qualify leads.
• Handle objections and navigate gatekeepers professionally.
• Maintain call records, update lead status, and schedule follow-up appointments.
• Meet daily/weekly KPIs such as calls made, leads generated, or conversions.

• High school diploma or equivalent; sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Experience with CRM or dialer tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mojo Dialer) is a plus.
