• Ensures effective execution of corporate objectives, including hiring, training, coaching and development of employees to maximize performance, promote career growth and build a high-performing team.
• Manages to innovative operational and/or functional objectives that enable successful execution of larger department goals, ensuring outstanding performance of KPIs and action plans.
• May manage to (or have understanding of) project budgets, the overall department annual budget and rolling forecast, ensuring business unit meets and/or exceeds key measures such as revenue, gross margin, capital expenditures and other financial & operational commitments
• Develops and maintains project plans including charter, scope, work breakdown structures, estimates, resource plans, budget, task dependencies, schedule, open issues, and risk assessment, management and mitigation plans across multiple work streams.
• Works with resource managers, technical staff and business subject matter experts to orchestrate project delivery to ensure projects are delivered and executed in alignment with the overall project plan, driving customer outcomes, and customer satisfaction.
• Plans and schedules project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Helps minimize communication gaps between internal teams through active coordination.
• Troubleshoots issues and challenges and liaises with different stakeholders from client and vendor sides. 

Looking for Candidates experienced configuring and customizing Itron software – at least one of Itron IEE, Itron Openway, Itron MV90, Itron UIQ.
