【Job Responsibilities】

1. Design and implement high-performance backend services including APIs, microservices, and databases, ensuring system stability and high availability;
2. Collaborate closely with front-end engineers, smart contract developers, and product managers to clarify project requirements and ensure smooth integration of on-chain and off-chain processes;
3. Work with DevOps engineers to optimize and maintain CI/CD pipelines, achieving efficient deployment and high-quality code delivery;
4. Possess the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues in backend systems, focusing on system stability and performance;

【Job Requirements】

1. At least 7 years of backend development experience, with the ability to build stable, scalable, and secure backend systems;
2. Experience in CEX/DEX environments, with an understanding of trading systems;
3. Proficient in backend languages and development frameworks such as Golang and Rust, and skilled in JavaScript. Ability to quickly learn new languages;
4. Deep understanding of API development principles with experience in RESTful service development;
5. Skilled in the design, management, and migration strategies for relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., Redis);
6. Familiar with CI/CD toolchains (e.g., GitHub Actions, Bitbucket) and possess relevant implementation experience;
7. Proactively explore and apply new technologies to drive continuous improvement in product and code quality;
8. Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment;
9. Strong communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
